Payment

There is a non-refundable reservation fee of $100.  On receipt of the reservation fee a rental agreement will be sent to the renter.  On receipt of the rental fee and the signed rental agreement, the reservation fee becomes the security deposit.  Failure to return a signed copy of the rental agreement or failure to make full payment of the rental fee three weeks prior to the reservation date (or the date stated in the rental agreement, whichever is later) will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the reservation fee.  No reduction of rent or refund will be issued for any mechanical failure of air conditioner, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, television, or other appliances.  No reduction of rent or refund will be issued for early check-out.  Payment may only be made via PayPal.  If a PayPal eCheck is used for payment it must be cleared within three weeks prior to the reservation date or the date specified in the rental agreement, whichever is later.

 

Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check‑out time is 10:00 a.m.

 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $100 is required and is used to protect against occupancy deficiencies such as damage, theft, failure to return keys, or the need for excessive cleaning.  The security deposit will be refunded via PayPal within two weeks after departure and return of house key provided that no occupancy deficiencies exist. 

 

Keys

On receipt of the signed agreement and full payment a house key will be mailed to the renter by traceable mail (USPS certified, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) .  The pool entrance keys are located in the kitchen and must be returned to that location on departure (pool keys are registered to individual condominium units).  There will be a $25 to replace  pool or house keys.  The house key must be returned by traceable mail.

 

Restrictions

  1. The parking areas in the individual sites are for automobiles only.  Motor homes, travel trailers, boat trailers, etc. are not permitted and will be towed away at renter’s expense.
  2. No pets are allowed.
  3. No smoking is allowed in the condominium.
  4. No fish cleaning in the condominium allowed.
  5. No furniture may be moved except for the fold away bed located in the closet.
  6. Open fires and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited at Come Sail Away Condominiums.
  7. The boat slip may not be used for docking watercraft without execution of a separate agreement.
  8. A loose leaf binder is located in the condominium that provides all of the Come Sail Away Condominium Association restrictions.
