Rates (in US Dollars):

 
Minimum stay is 5 days (Come Sail Away Condominiums rules) 
May-Oct .. $950/week (7 nights)
May-Oct .. $725/short week (4 nights)
Nov-Apr .. $650/week
Nov-Apr .. $2,000/three months
Security deposit of $100 required for weekly rentals.
Security deposit of $750 for three month rentals.
Until reserved, rates are subject to change.
On receipt of the reservation deposit a rental agreement will be
mailed to you.  Please return the signed rental agreement within
two weeks after receipt to insure that there is no confusion about
dates.
