A 30 foot boat slip is available for an additional fee of $20/day. Any boat larger than 30 foot must dock bow in. A special agreement and waiver is required to use the slip to dock a boat.
The condo slip is on Lake Erie's West Harbor. The West Harbor has direct access to Lake Erie.
Agreement
I certify that only a single vessel will use the 1681 boat slip at Come Sail Away Condominium. I also certify the the vessel is insured against all liability. In exchange for consideration I agree to use the 1681 boat slip as a guest.
Waiver
I am being permitted to use the boat slip identified as slip number 1681 as a guest. As a guest, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and Come Sail Away Condominium Association from and against any claims, suits, damages, losses, expenses, or any other liability arising from injury to any person or property occurring in or about the boat slip or any other liability related to, or derived from, the use of the boat slip. If applicable, as a parent I expressly include in this free and voluntary waiver all claims on behalf of my children. I also agree to provide property and personal liability insurance for any vessel that uses the boat slip during my stewardship.
