Please read the Terms and Conditions before making your non-refundable reservation fee of $100 (the reservation fee becomes the security deposit once payment for the rental is made).

 

On receipt of the reservation fee a rental agreement will be sent to you.  Please return the signed rental agreement immediately after receipt to insure that there is no confusion about dates.

Rates (in US Dollars):

Minimum stay is 5 days (Come Sail Away Condominiums rules) 
May-Oct .. $950/week (7 nights)
May-Oct .. $725/short week (4 nights)
Nov-Apr .. $650/week
Nov-Apr .. $2,000/three months
Security deposit of $100 required for weekly rentals.
Security deposit of $750 for three month rentals.
Until reserved, rates are subject to change.
